No.....it's SOLD!!
When we decided that we would be moving to Wilmington, we looked into putting our house up for sale. We spoke to a realtor who discouraged us BIG time about doing that. She said "It's not a sellers market right now." We didn't know what to do, so we started with the cheapest and easiest option.....Craigs List! We took some pictures of the house and posted an add on Craigs List. We had one call but no call back. A week later, we decided to use For Sale By Owner.com. And got a call, they came and looked, and loved it. We had a full price offer the next day. God is good! We can't belive it sold that quickly. Fingers still crossed....we haven't closed just yet. That's the other thing....they want us out by the 24th of this month. Yikes.....I better get packing!
